It is not work that kills men, it is worry. Work is healthy; you can hardly put more on a man than he can bear. But worry is rust upon the blade. It is not movement that destroys the machinery, but friction.

Challenge

You can never totally eliminate times in your life when you have worries and concerns. However, ask God today to help you focus on the things you can impact in your life and not to dwell on the pressures you can't control. Life is too short already…Stop spending so much time worrying!

Verse

Do not worry about tomorrow; tomorrow will take care of itself. Sufficient for a day is its own evil.
