God’s ability is not limited by our inability.

Challenge

When it comes to stretching yourself beyond your comfort zone, don’t be afraid to stretch yourself for a cause worthy of God’s blessing and support. Ask God in prayer to increase your ability and let Him use you to expand His Kingdom.

THOUGHT:

Don't complain about your thirst for guidance while standing in the rain.

If you want to lose friends quickly, start bragging about yourself; if you want to make and keep friends, start bragging about others.

THOUGHT:

Generally speaking, you aren’t learning much when your mouth is moving.

Start listening more and concentrate on what others are saying. Don’t worry about what you are going to say as it will come naturally with the knowledge gained from really hearing what the other person is saying. Try the same approach with God.

Verse

Behold, I have waited for your words, have given ear to your arguments, as you searched out what to say. Yes, I followed you attentively: And look, none of you has convicted Job, not one could refute his statements.

THOUGHT:

You can't steward what you own.

Challenge

God owns it all. He just challenges each of us to manage some of it for Him. If He returned today, would He be pleased with how you're doing? Think about that for a minute and make the necessary changes today to be more effective with His gifts.

Verse

As each one has received a gift, use it to serve one another as good stewards of God’s varied grace.

THOUGHT:

It is well to remember that the entire population of the universe, with one trifling exception, is composed of others.

It is humbling to think that you are only a very tiny part of this universe. For that reason, God tells us to be humble and to not exalt ourselves. Keep this in mind throughout your day. At the end of the day, examine how it impacted the way you interacted with others.
