THOUGHT:

A man who has committed a mistake and doesn't correct it, is committing another mistake.

Challenge

Acknowledge your mistakes and acknowledge (at least to yourself) that you are going to correct them and learn from them. In this way not only have you not made another mistake, but you have bettered yourself at the same time.
