Praise

Posted on August 31, 2010

THOUGHT:

Blessings come in many forms, from opportunities and abilities to contentment and delight.

Challenge

Count your blessings this morning. Take a minute out of your busy morning to just thank God for the delight of your friends and family. Ask for peace and comfort for you and those around you.

Verse

Consider this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each must do as already determined, without sadness or compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. Moreover, God is able to make every grace abundant for you, so that in all things, always having all you need, you may have an abundance for every good work.

Verse

I shall deliver you from this people and from the Gentiles to whom I send you, to open their eyes that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may obtain forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who have been consecrated by faith in me.’ “And so, King Agrippa, I was not disobedient to the heavenly vision.
