Rules will not stop it. Doctors cannot fix it. Signs will not influence it. Laws cannot control it. Without a strong faith-based moral foundation in our homes, schools and churches, evil will flourish.

Challenge

Instead of looking to someone or something else to avert evil in our society, look for opportunities to build up God in your own community. Start by reflecting God's grace and peace in your own thoughts, words and actions so that He can work through you to influence others.

Verse

Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, who gave himself for our sins that he might rescue us from the present evil age in accord with the will of our God and Father, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.
