THOUGHT:

Each of us should be laboring with God to change the world. Are you?

Challenge

We know that God is at work to change the world, and we need to be the hands, feet and voice to execute His plan. Have you signed up to be one of God's laborers? Find a way to serve Him today.

Grace

THOUGHT:

Sin separates, pain isolates, but salvation and comfort unite.

Challenge

At times your sin may make you feel separated from God, but don’t suffer by isolating yourself from His love and grace. It is only through your coming back to Him that you can rest in His comforting embrace. Run into God’s arms today.

THOUGHT:

The wise are guided by God but fools walk alone.

Challenge

Observe the world around you through the eyes of God and get a whole new perspective on your day. Let Him guide you to act differently as you work, play and interact with family and friends. Repeat again tomorrow.

It is our human nature to ask† wh⁹ especially during tough times. We may not always get a good answer, but if we "know" Who is good, and if we trust Him, He will protect us.

Challenge

Take comfort in knowing that every situation you encounter has already been thought out by God. Just follow His example.

Four things for success: work, pray, think and believe. The most important of these is pray.

Challenge

Be successful in all facets of your life by starting with prayer. As you start your day, pray that your thoughts will be pleasing to God and believe in the success you will obtain.

Even in the hardest times, we must keep our faith in God. He is the one person that will never let you down.

Challenge

When you encounter your next struggle, focus your energy on your faith in God. His presence will lighten your burden.

THOUGHT:

If you think you are too small to be effective, you have never been stung by a bee, worn contact lenses, or seen a mother's face when her baby giggles. Little can be huge in the right circumstances.

Challenge

You may soon forget the the "little" charites that you perform but the benefactor of those charities will not. To them it may be a major blessing that positively impacts their life. Make an extra effort today to do something nice for someone for no reason. Repeat tomorrow.

Who among you is wise and understanding? Let him show his works by a good life in the humility that comes from wisdom.

Patience

THOUGHT:

God has a plan for us and for all time. Be patient and wait for what He has planned for you. Every plan has an appointed time.

Challenge

When you become frustrated or impatient with God or others; pray instead. Pray to God that He will make known His plan for you, and be patient with it.

For the vision is a witness for the appointed time, a testimony to the end; it will not disappoint. If it delays, wait for it, it will surely come, it will not be late.

The ribbons of a Mother's love are woven around their child's heart.

Challenge

Few things help an individual more than to place responsibility upon them and to let them know that you trust them.

Challenge

God has placed responsibility on you to live a good life and He fully trust that you will. Take a minute and think about what God has entrusted to you. Recommit your life to Christ today by acting on this calling.

THOUGHT:

There's more to idolatry than worshiping Greek gods or a golden calf. An idol is anything that you put over God in your daily life.

Challenge

As you go throughout your day, pay careful attention to how you prioritize everything. Evaluate every aspect of your day. For anything that distracts you and takes away from your time with God, cut at least some of it out. On the list of things that are most important in your life how often does God appear? Makre more room for God. Start today.

Those who fashion idols are all nothing; their precious works are of no avail. They are their witnesses: they see nothing, know nothing, and so they are put to shame.

THOUGHT:

A tree is known by its fruit; a man by his deeds. He who sows courtesy reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.

Challenge

Identify yourself as a Christian by speaking kindly, showing encouragement, or praising everyone you encounter today.

Thus says the LORD of hosts: Judge with true justice, and show kindness and compassion toward each other. Do not oppress the widow or the orphan, the resident alien or the poor; do not plot evil against one another in your hearts.

There is nothing to fear except fear itself.

Challenge

What would you be willing to do if you weren't afraid of the consequences? Who would you stand up for? Who would you go out of your way to help? Now go do these things. Go throughout the day remembering that God is with you and you don't have to be afraid, and see how much more of an impact you can make.

God’s goodness is for all because He gave all His children faith.

Challenge

We are all God’s children and through our faith we will find goodness. It might not always come exactly when we want it, however, our patience and faith will be rewarded. Stay strong in your faith.
