Don't let events around you control the way you react today. Ask God for patience when it would be easy to react otherwise.

Conscience is God’s built-in warning system. Be very happy when it hurts you. Be very worried when it doesn’t.
Let your conscience guide you in your decisions today and every day. When your conscience begins to bother you, adjust your actions.

Plant the seeds of good Christian values with everyone you meet today through your words and your deeds. You may not see it directly, but the canopy of your example will shade others near and far with the goodness of Christ.

Your beliefs don’t make you a better person, your behavior does.
Make sure your behavior shows your faith and your love of Christ throughout your day. If you momentarily step off the path, pray, get back up, and refresh the way you reflect your Christian values.

Jesus tapped me on the shoulder and said, Bob, why are you resisting me? I said, I'm not resisting you! He said, You gonna follow me? I said, I've never thought about that before! He said, When you're not following me, you're resisting me.
Are you resisting the Lord? Even a little? Take an inventory of your day to make sure you are always following in the teachings of the Lord in everything you’ve done. Look close because you will find times of resistance. Recognize them for what they are and strive to elimnate them tomorrow and beyond.
