Action will destroy your procrastination.

Procrastination is the 1st cousin to Fear and Doubt. Don't allow this "Unholy Trio" to paralyze you from obtaining your daily dose of happiness. Ask God for the courage to take a firm step forward toward your goals, and the trio's unwanted presence and power will be destroyed.

THOUGHT:

As a leader, it's a major responsibility on your shoulders to practice the behavior you want others to follow.

God gave all of us the potential to be leaders. Use that potential to its fullest. Be a leader by practicing the behavior you'd want others Christians to follow.

To achieve goals you've never achieved before, you need to start doing things you've never done before.

Brothers, I for my part do not consider myself to have taken possession. Just one thing: forgetting what lies behind but straining forward to what lies ahead, I continue my pursuit toward the goal, the prize of God’s upward calling, in Christ Jesus.

THOUGHT:

Let our lives be full of both THANKS and GIVING.

Forgiveness

Posted on November 21, 2018

THOUGHT:

Forgiving others is like riding a bike. It may be hard at first, but you only get better as you begin to practice it.

Challenge

Forgiveness isn't easy. Start by genuinely asking God to forgive you for your shortcomings. Then with a liberated soul, serve God by finding within yourself a way to forgive others.

Verse

Then Peter approaching asked him, “Lord, if my brother sins against me, how often must I forgive him? As many as seven times?” Jesus answered, “I say to you, not seven times but seventy-seven times.

THOUGHT:

Real courage isn't limited to the battlefield. It can be as simple as remaining faithful when nobody's looking.

Your worst days are never so bad that you are beyond the reach of God's grace. And your best days are never so good that you are beyond the need of God's grace.

Wisdom

Posted on November 8, 2018

THOUGHT:

Knowledge is like underwear. It is useful to have it, but not necessary to show it off.

Challenge

Even if you are the smartest person in the room, you don't have to spend all of your energy proving it. Spend more time being interested, not interesting. Jesus was obviously smarter than everyone, but His humility and service to others is a model of true leadership. Focus on being more "Humble and Kind" today and you will get all the attention you need.

Verse

But he bestows a greater grace; therefore, it says: “God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”

THOUGHT:

People often say, "Show me and I'll believe". God says, "Believe and you will see."

Challenge

Too often we want proof before we invest our time and resources into anything. Step out in faith and invest some time today to get actively involved in a charity or church program. Once you're engaged, you will see the proof.

THOUGHT:

The man who does not read books has no advantage over the man that can not read them.

Challenge

God has already blessed you with many talents and opportunities. If you choose not to use them, they are of no value. Take a minute right now and reflect on a few of your God-given gifts. Find a way today to use one of them to help someone. Try it again tomorrow.

PUT GOD FIRST and everything else will fall into place.
