Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud.

Challenge

The next time you run into someone who is down, do your best to pick them up. It may be nothing more than a smile or a few words of encouragement. Whatever the case may be show them you care and that you are there for them if needed. With the guidance of the Holy Spirit working through you - show them your rainbow.

Sometimes, all it takes to make the world a slightly better place is to stop feeling sorry for yourself and start focusing on the right thing.

Challenge

Sometimes it feels like we are not dealt as good a hand as those around us. When things don't go your way, you have two choices - desperation or inspiration. Chose to be an inspiration. Be positive and do what you know is right. You have the ability to make the world a slightly better place.

When you replace your negative beliefs with positive ones, you can change the course of your life.

Challenge

The first place to look for positive beliefs is in your faith. Then take a thorough look at all your blessings and charge your attitude with gratitude. This alone will fill you with enough positive momentum to change the course of your life.

Touch a loved one, smell a flower, listen to a bird sing, see the sun rise, taste your favorite food. All of your senses let you experience God’s creations. Let you faith reach beyond earthly things so you can strengthen your relationship with God.

Be better to your neighbors and you will have better neighbors.

Challenge

Make an effort to reach out to your neighbors with friendship and compassion. Show them through your actions your Christian kindness. Pray to God that they pass on your example to their neighbors. You've just begun making the world a better place.
