Each night before you go to bed complete the following statements: “I am thankful for…”, “Today I accomplished …”


Do this exercise every night. Acknowledging what you are thankful for and what you have accomplished will bring about more of the same. Remember to give thanks to God.


Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. Philippians 4:6 (NABRE)
