Thought:

Speak when you are angry – and you’ll make the best speech you’ll ever regret.

Challenge:

Anger is generally a first response mechanism. Fortunately, it tends to have a short half-life, so always remember to pause when you feel angry. Speak only after you have neutralized your anger like God’s sun burns off the morning fog.
