Thought:

Men make history and not the other way around. In periods where there is no leadership, society stands still. Progress occurs when courageous, skillful leaders seize the opportunity to change things for the better.

Challenge:

Be a courageous skillful leader today. Seize every opportunity to do the right thing. Don’t wait on the strength of others, find the courage to bring out your inner strength to make a positive moral difference.

Reference:

Only be strong and steadfast, being careful to observe the entire law which Moses my servant enjoined on you. Do not swerve from it either to the right or to the left, that you may succeed wherever you go.
