Be present. I would encourage you with all my heart just to be present. Be present and open to the moment that is unfolding before you. Because, ultimately, your life is made up of moments. So don’t miss them by being lost in the past or anticipating the future.
Do you want to improve the quality of your life? Then train yourself to be “positively present” in every moment of your life. Like most worthwhile habits, it will require commitment and persistence, but it will quickly lower your blood pressure and increase your happiness.
Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.
